Ram is a true international entrepreneur, acting as founder or lead consultant for over 15 companies in the past 20 years. He began his career as a photographer and journalist with his work combining a heavy graphic design element, advertising, marketing, and management. His experience includes major projects in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Russia, working with leading organizations, sporting events, airlines, hotels, tour companies, the food and hospitality industry, graphic design and printing management firms, and event management companies. Through these experiences he has developed end to end knowledge in every area of the graphic design, print and publication industry and has become a leader from Europe to Asia in comprehensive branding, business conceptualization, cause marketing and event management services. Ram was a lead consultant with “Printcafe” - the world leader in print mangement solutions, now called “EFI”. Some of his major clients include; FIFA, Nike, the Asian Equestrian Federation, the PGA, Samsung, Qatar Airways, Qatar Lubricants Co. (QALCO), Accor Hotels, Sheraton, Marriott, and the Ritz Carlton.

The secret to Ram’s success has been that he immediately embraced the Internet as a principal business tool for graphic design and marketing. Ram was one of the first people in Asia to talk about and produce websites and was the inspiration for several major IT companies.

Vijayaraj – Managing Director

Vijay has been in the advertising industry since 1986, developing expertise in every area of graphic design, publication, and project execution. Vijay founded his own firm, Vishnu Traders, in 1993 and is one of the leaders in India's indoor and outdoor advertising market. Under his leadership, Vishnu Traders expanded operations to the international maket in 2001 with suppliers and clients across Asia.

In 14 years as a Managing Director and Owner, Viajy mentored hundreds of young people. He is responsible for developing some of India's leading designers. Vijay's intimate knowledge of the graphic design industry, its development, and all of the latest technologies provides a valuable resource to RBD. His keen business sense, pragmatic approach, and leadership skills make him an invaluable Managing Director.
